Shipping + Returns

Shipping

  • Orders are fulfilled in 1-3 business days.
  • We offer free standard shipping via UPS Ground (3-6 business days) for all orders $50+ delivered in the USA. Puerto Rico delivery may have a shipping fee.
  • Order totals below $50 have a flat shipping fee of $5
  • Orders are shipped from our HQ in Jacksonville, Florida.
  • See below map for transit time in the U.S. for UPS Ground.
  • Rush shipping options for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air may also be available, depending on location. Rush shipments received after 12:00pm EST will be fulfilled the next business day.  
  • HOSPITAL DELIVERY: Due to the various shipping/receiving methods of hospital systems, if you are attempting to ship your order directly to a patient already admitted into the hospital we cannot guarantee a timely delivery of your order. We will send the package however we cannot issue a refund for non-delivered orders.

Returns

We created our company to help growing families and remove stress, not add to it. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. Your bag can be returned at any time for a full refund. 

  • Free returns on all orders (please see shipping guidelines above for exception of direct-to-hospital orders).
  • All items must be unused/unwashed.
  • Please keep your original shipping box for all birth bags as the return will be processed for that same package size. Gowns and accessories will be shipped with a return envelope.
  • Please note: shipping charges will only be refunded if there is cause to submit a claim with the carrier.
  • Email us at hello@babyboldly.com to initiate your return and refund.
